Refugee Council

Refugee Council support all refugees from the moment they arrive in the UK, help them to integrate into new communities and offer mental health counselling.

They also offer a freephone line called Infoline which connects refugees and people seeking asylum with organisations that can help. They can provide information and signpost to specialist support services but do not offer advice and guidance.

The freephone line is open 9.30am to 12.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. When you call please leave a message with your name, number and if you need an interpreter which language you would like to speak in. They will aim to respond to your call within three days.
