Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar. This includes those with bipolar, their family and carers. We offer several peer support services: support groups across England, Wales and Northern Ireland run by trained volunteers and supported by Bipolar UK; a moderated eCommunity avaliable 24 hours a day; and one to one telephone and email peer support.
To see what slots are available, type "I want to speak to someone" into the chatbot on the our website and a booking diary will appear. Bookings are made a week ahead.
All of the above support services are available to those over the age of 18. Excluding support groups, as those aged between 16 and 18 can attend if accompanied by an adult.
