Nightlight Crisis Service (Hertfordshire)

It's the weekend and I have nobody to turn to, I am struggling to cope with everyday life and I am worried about my mental health. I need to speak to somebody who will listen and understand.

NightLight is a countywide out of hour’s mental health crisis service provided by Hertfordshire Mind Network. We offer a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis 18+.

We have 3 Crisis Centres around the county and will do our best to ensure that you can access the one that is nearest to you. The centres are based in: • Watford • Hemel Hempstead (4 beds) • Ware

The centres offer a safe haven for you to use if you are in crisis and want some time out or would like to talk through the issues that you are experiencing with someone who will listen, but not make judgements

I am over 16 and not in crisis but I would like some emotional wellbeing support and advice.

Herts Mind Network aims to create opportunities for individuals 18+ to make choices, find their own solutions, build resilience and manage their whole life and wellbeing. We deliver a diverse range of services across Hertfordshire, including specific services for young people, from our seven Wellbeing Centres and other venues across all ten districts of the county.
