Navigo- North East Lincolnshire Crisis Team

The Crisis Home Treatment Service works directly with people who are experiencing a severe mental health crisis and need immediate and more intensive care and treatment, mostly at home. Part of the wider Adult Acute Service, the team will work with you if you need urgent or emergency mental health care in a crisis, rather than looking after your everyday needs. The Team includes some of our most senior staff who will focuses on assessment of your current situation when you are in crisis. This could be in your own home, community or NAViGO building.

The Team will only work with you on a short term basis during your initial crisis, supporting you and your family during the acute phase of your problem. The Crisis Team can also refer you to other services if necessary and has direct access to inpatient beds at Harrison House as well as all NAViGO services.

If you’re already receiving services from NAViGO, your care coordinator should be your first contact point. The Crisis Service does however; provide an open referral system where you can self-refer via the Single Point of Access. The service can be contacted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
