Think Wellbeing (St Helens)

Think Wellbeing St Helens have a dedicated team of psychological wellbeing practitioners, cognitive behavioural therapists and counsellors who offer a range of support to help you make positive changes to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your wellbeing. Our service is for anyone over the age of 16 who is registered with a St Helens GP.

Interventions we may offer include:

  • Stress control classes
  • Wellbeing workshops
  • Group therapy
  • One-to-one support
  • Telephone support

We help people experiencing common mental health problems like mild to moderate depression, anxiety and stress. We can also help with other problems like panic attacks, phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder.
